The PSR Toolkit and Version 3 Software
The goal of the PSR Toolkit is to support community mental health agencies in systematically collecting information relevant to recovery and rehabilitation and use this information in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Secondary goals are to standardize definitions in the field such as "independent housing" and "assisted competitive employment" and to encourage agencies to develop a capacity to collect data from a variety of sources.

New Technical Support Specialist for PSR Toolkit
The Ontario Federation of Community Mental Health and Addictions Programs is proud to announce and welcome Harry Davies as its new Technical Support Specialist for the PSR Tool Kit. Harry will be available Tuesdays and Thursday and alternate Mondays. Harry can be reached by email at psr@ofcmhap.on.ca,or by phone at 416-490-8900 ext. 28. Harry brings to the position several years experience in using the PSR Toolkit and a strong background in IT. We are pleased to have Harry on board, and look forward to a prosperous future with him.
PSR Toolkit Expiration Message
If you get an alert message stating that the current copy of the PSR toolkit has expired, you can do the following:
- Please make sure you have the latest version of the service pack installed, you can download the service packs here: http://psr.ofcmhap.on.ca/node/32
- From the Help Menu, Select Register Caminar.
- Under Expiration Date, enter 1/1/1111 for the date and 18001111111 as the Registration Key, then select Register, this will renew your current copy of the PSR Toolkit.
CDS Report Guide
One of the features of the PSR Toolkit is the ability to generate the Common Data Set for Mental Health (CDS-MH) Version 3 report for the Ontario Ministry of Health. In order to make sure that you have entered the right information for the CDS-MH Report, it's important to know where the information is being pulled from in the PSR Toolkit. The following is meant to be an illustrated guide to help you verify the data to ensure proper report generation.
